Vick came over to me and helped my yesterday. he found out about my passion for history and he gave me a list of book to read that will get my mind going. The books are about teaching and they really look like a good read.

I've found this place in east harlem that allows people to come in and work with the students there. I really can't wait to apply there. I'm also going to sit in on my mentors classes. I emailed her the other day and she said it wasn't an issue if i sat in on some of her classes. What I'm going to do is study her methods of teaching. W.I.S.E is actually looking up for me now, I just need some more places. Thursday and Friday is presentation day. i need to get creative.

On the 4th of January we had guest speakers come into our class again and a guy by the name of Vick gave me a lot of good ideas for my wise project.he said I should start sitting in on history classes, and making it a point to do whatever i have to, to make it work. Working in the history field is a passion of mine and has been for a really long time.

I had a meeting with my mentor before brake and started actually looking for places on my on time. I'm getting in to my project no. Teaching may actually be a long term thing.

iI'm changing my project again. Now thinking about doing something with community centers in the area. Probably tutoring. I had a mentor meeting yesterday and she said its okay to change my mind, as long as I have an idea of a project to actually start working on in January.
